FCM is a top 5 global travel management company with a presence in more than 95 countries, managing travel programs for some of the world’s leading companies.
FCM in 2020 undertook their most significant rebrand to date. The rebrand strategy was born from FCMs unique DNA - created to marry who FCM are with what the market needs and uniquely position the brand for the future.
The global and regional FCM websites required an entire redesign and rebuild, ensuring that the new look and feel spoke true to the new ‘Think Fluid’ methodology but still met the constraints of the Drupal 8 CMS framework. As the UX/UI designer on the project, I was required to rethink and redesign the new website.
My work for FCM as the Digital Design Lead involved working on a range of website, email, paid ad, social, and video assets daily.
